We are now switching to Dallas where they are about to move Lee Oswald and where there is a scuffle in the Police Station.

Someone says: Has been shot. Lee Oswald ……We’re gonna (…..garbled calm chatter by reporters.)

Switch now. (Yelling in the scuffle.)Police police are pulling.

We’re going to switch now to Bob Hoffhacker down in the placement of the Court house who is close to the scene. Go ahead, Bob.

(Bob :In a very southern accent) The situation now is now that Lee Harry Oswald has been shot.

The man who saw the shot fired said it was fired by a man wearing a black hat a brown coat a man that everyone down here thought was a Secret Service Agent. 

(All the reporters are talking to their respective listeners so many are talking at once but saying different things, but the guy leaning down crouched  in front is the one speaking to the camera) who looks eerily like John Cusack, the actor! Since there are so many other actor participants in this assassination and coverup.

I would not be surprised if it is John Cusack.

Why not? I’ve seen Amanda Plummer and many other actors that are a part of this National Tragedy even though they were

just kids at the time this occurred just like most of us. Somehow we are all involved as if it is evolving now. Anything is possible and since realizing the clergy’s role and particular clergy that I believe I have discovered acting in an evil manner in this assassination and occurring as other momentous deceptive religious events were and are now occurring that affect you which are extremely menacing to you and your loved ones and your fellow man and even your enemies. I have tried to share what I notice even as outlandish as it may sound.

But then back in the 40′s and 50′s actors were blackballed and seemed to be important enough to be blackballed. Obviously they can be used as a tool by some especially when it comes to propaganda but that doesn’t mean they hadn’t evolved in their response to these measures. Same goes for the clergy, newsmen, government officials and civilians propelled into this controversy.

It is a collision of sorts like “The Big Bang” or the collision I wrote about between “The synoptic gospels and the gospel of John.” It is obviously very important and should not be ignored.

Here is a good example :

Basil Christopher Butler OSB (7 May 1902–20 September 1986), was a convert from the Church of England to the Roman Catholic Church, a Roman Catholic priest, the 7th Abbot of Downside Abbey, one-time Abbot President of the English Benedictine Congregation, a bishop, an internationally respected scripture scholar,

priority of the 

Gospel according to Matthew,

and perhaps the pre-eminent English-speaking Council Father at the Second Vatican Council

(Vatican II, 1962–1965).

Seems to me JFK’s funeral was based on this premise

of St. Mmatthew’s pre-eminence

and his funeral details were planned  by the government and Jackie Kennedy

as far as I know.

Probably Cardinal Cushing had a hand in it also.

The …Oswald was moved immediately from the area. No one knows at this time where Lee Harold Oswald is

(but his comments seem to be dubbed not matching his lip movements like a very bad movie, but it was as it happened, supposedly.)

At the present time word is that an ambulance is being ready to take Oswald away. We can hear sirens outside. And an ambulance apparently is moving down now into the basement.

(Wow that was fast within seconds of the mass turmoil and he’s getting all this word. News does travel fast)

We can see now that police are fending off newsmen in the basement in Dallas City Hall fending them off so that uh Lee Oswald can be taken to an ambulance which was just brought into the basement of the City Hall. Switching now to Bob Hoffhacker downstairs.

Oswald will be removed quickly outside and the only word so far is that the shot came from a man wearing a black hat and a coat. Here comes Oswald. He’s he is ashen and unconscientious at this time now being moved in. He’s not moving. He’s in the ambulance now and attendants, police are quickly climbing in. They are now having to move the armored truck from the head of the basement entrance here.

This is the armored this is the armored truck on the outside of the Dallas Police Department.

It’s being moved out on to Commerce Street and now the ambulance is coming out the ambulance with Lee Harvey Oswald who was shot just a few minutes ago as he was being transferred to the uh from was planning to be transferred from the City Jail to the City uh City Police Department…..

Obviously, whoever honked the car was signaling whoever shot the gun.

Right after the shot immediately this monologue occurs from some press person calmly

as if he already knows what is happening before it occurs reflecting in words what is occurring.

This is a basement for of the Dallas City Hall and that’s a scuffle on the basement floor. It seems to be …garbled

Then mayhem.

Someone says: He has been been shot. Oswald has been shot. (Sounds like Hoffhacker)

Someone says: Just one shot.

Someone says: Just one shot. Uh Now then just (garbled) Is the man upstairs in the cell?

Policeman: As far as I know he’s either in uh the jail or at Cpt. Fritz’s office. I would imagine he’s probably in jail.

Hoffhacker: Do you uh do you know this subject? Do  you know him? Have you seen him before.

Policeman: Yes, I do.

Hoffhacker: Is he from Dallas?

Policeman: Yes.

Someone says: Who?

Someone else says: He is?

Hoffhacker: Who is he?

Someone else asks a question but can’t tell you what it is because a few people are speaking at the same time.

Policeman answers: I couldn’t tell you.

Hoffhacker: Well you can’t release the name now but uh do you  know what kind of business he happens to be in?

Policeman: Uh, Bob, I I wouldn’t want to say.

Someone says: Right, okay.

Someone else a familiar voice says: Uh, did he have to be disarmed or did he give up?

Policeman: We had to disarm him.

Someone asks: Did he struggle?

Policeman: Uh as much as he could yes but…..

Disclaimer: This is a very chaotic scene, people speaking, yelling, and asking questions all  at one time so the order of Q and A in this interview transcription of the you tube is hindered by what is not heard but heard by the Police Officer. It is hard to know is some spots who he is answering or what question he is answering and the meaning of his responses which might be easily misconstrued.

The same goes for the scene in the garage when Oswald is killed. I guess that is why we need investigators to conduct a good report. I will check to see if the Police officer was interviewed by the Warren Commission as soon as I can.

Tommy Lee Jones went to high school at St. Marks in Dallas, Texas, at least, that’s what his biography says

yet does not mention anything about JFK, Oswald, Ruby

or even being a cop. 

Maybe he doesn’t remember!

That would not surprise me since everyone seems to have this dysfunction concerning this series of events!

Interesting also that Tommy Lee Jones portrays Clay Shaw supposedly involved in the assassination of Oswald in Oliver Stone’s movie about the assassination of JFK .

I did find a place where

Tommy Lee Jones admits in this article on the web to being in Dallas that same day

 

but whether it is true I don’t know. Looks like he was and sounds like he was.

Supposedly Jim Garrison was interviewed by Tommy Lee Jones and shortly afterward Jim Garrison died

but included in the interview was that Jim Garrison was sick at the time of the interview.

Whether or not this is just junk innuendo on the web…

I don’t know

but

it is kind of Erie!

He also says subdued very much like Henry Wade does so that it is hard to hear the first syllable. Possibly a southern way of saying subdued. More like sdood, but you have to hear both Henry Wades interview I think in the next part of this transcription and this interview to see what I mean.

From our CBS Newsroom in New York a bulletin Lee Harvey Oswald the man who Dallas Police say killed President Kennedy himself is dead. He was cut down by a single bullet and hour and fifteen minutes before he died in Parkland Hospital in a room just ten feet from that room where President Kennedy died. He was being taken from the Dallas City Jail to the Dallas County Jail but in the basement of the Dallas City Jail before he left that building he was shot. The man Dallas Police seized at the scene and are holding has been identified as Jack Rubenstein known in Dallas as Jack Ruby. A man who many years ago moved to Dallas from Chicago and was operating two nightclubs and well-known nightclubs in Dallas. He is 52 years old and balding with black hair. He’s being held by Dallas Police who say they will charge him with the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald.(licks)

Now back to Washington.

Just as Walter Cronkite gave that bulletin in New York it was coming in down here on our transistor radios that are held by members of the crowd and we heard a cheer go up from the far side of the Capitol Plaza.

The man who Dallas Police accuse of assassinating Lee Oswald was known in Dallas as Jack Ruby. (garbled) his real name the name he carried in Chicago before he came to Dallas in 1948 Jack Rubenstein. This is a Police mug photo of Jack Rubenstein.

What gets me is somewhere Eddie Barker and Dan Rather tell about how Dallas police  were very sensitive to what happened with Adlai Stevenson and were going to try to change the perception of Dallas then why would they parade Oswald sporting a swollen eye and allow a mob scene in the hallway? Why would they allow Oswald to say all kinds of stuff to the crowd of reporters if they  were worried what people thought about them. And he says all the right things to make a good conspiracy later on.

It seems to me as if this is a total put on!!

INCLUDING EVERYTHING ABOUT OSWALD AN RUBY.

TOO MUCH ACTING GOING ON

Now we’re going to run a film that was taken by cameraman Joe Phoenix uh George Phoenix in the basement of the Dallas City Jail. Now it’s very important that you watch in the right hand corner on your screen the hat. There will be a hat appearing on the right hand corner of your screen and keep your eye on the man in that hat. Now here is the film taken in the basement. You’ll see that hat start to move now. That’s Lee Oswald dark haired short. The hat begins to move. Now it moves in front of Oswald. Shot sounds and Oswald lurches and the crowd starts to move in.

 

For a second there Dan Rather sounded rather like Bill Clinton.

JFK’S ASSASSINATION (CBS-TV COVERAGE)(PART 53)

This is Walter Cronkite back in our CBS Newsroom in New York. We will be returning to Washington of course, uh very shortly. But this is to report again that Lee Harvey Oswald the 24 year old Marxist Pro Castrolite to Dallas Police said they had a cinch case against the accused assassin of President Kennedy was himself shot to death in Dallas an hour and a half ago. He was shot in the basement of the City Jail as police attempted to transfer him from that jail where he had been held since the assassination to the County Jail a few blocks away.

Why in the world were they moving him to the County Jail?  Who knows for sure but in my opinion as yet it was an excuse to cause more confusion and mayhem and lay the blame elsewhere. Smoke and mirrors.

The police captured a man at the scene who reporters saw shoot Oswald and have booked him. They say his name is Jack Ruby or Rubenstein. He is 52 years old, a bachelor, a Dallas nightclub operator who as fas as anyone has been able to find out had no particular political opinions.

Someone passes something to Walter Cronkite.

Rubenstein (Walter licks) uh or Ruby as he is known there had been in Dallas some ten years. He (garble or a glitch) automobile just outside the entrance to the basement leaped a three foot fence and with perfect timing dashed into an open door of the basement just as Oswald was led from an elevator from an upstairs jail toward an armored car that had been brought to the jail for special precautions for moving him to the County Building. Ruby  if that uh turns out to be the man involved in the murder of Oswald ran forward right up to Oswald and from less than a foot away fired a small caliber pistol. The bullet did mortal damage to Oswald who apparently never regained consciousness. He was taken to Parkland Hospital and died an hour and fifteen minutes after he was shot in a Emergency room just 10 feet from the room where President Kennedy had died almost exactly 48 hours before.

And now let’s go down to Dallas and Dan Rather:

The big question now is what kind of man shot Lee Oswald,

and why?

In Dan Rather’s mind it worked…the smoke and mirrors. Off of the assassination of JFK and on to the assassination of Oswald, but not really 

We have in the studios of our affiliate station KRLD TV here in Dallas Bill DeMar who is a nightclub MC, a comedian by profession. Bill worked in the nightclub owned by Jack Ruby. Jack Rubisstein (as he pronounced it) is his real name known in Dallas circles as Jack Ruby.

Q: Bill how long have you been working at the Carousel Club owned by Jack Rubenstein?

Bill: Uh, this time about two weeks.

Q: You had worked for him before, had you?

Bill: Three times before, this is my fourth time here.

Q: The Carousel Club is located right in downtown Dallas. What kind of place is it?

Bill: Well it’s a nightclub. Uh it has about five or six exotic dancers uh all (garbled)

Q: Is it a pretty rough place?

Bill: No, no a there’s a lot of people that have said to me when they came up to me after shows or between shows that said that they liked the place because it was intimate. (licks)

Q: What kind of man is Jack Rubenstein?

Bill: Well, if you know him he’s he’s a pretty good type guy.  He, uh always treated me right and we always got along real well. Uh, I consider him more of a friend than an employer.

Q: Is he an extrovert? Is he a hand shaking backslapping rather loud type person?

A: In a way, yes. Yes, uh uh kind of impulsive. He’d change from one thing to the other, sometimes do things out of the clear blue.

Q: You say rather impulsive?

Bill: At times.

Q: Could you give us an example of what  you would consider as some impulsive actions?

Bill: mmm, No, his mind would would uh uh is always working is always going and uh he’d be uh possibly talking to you about one thing and all of a sudden he’d take off about on something else.

Q: Is he married? What the heck does that have to do with it?

Bill: No, he never has been, to my knowledge. It seemed that he mentioned to me before that he never married. Doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke.

Q: There have been some reports that uh he came to Dallas from Chicago. Do you know anything about that?

Bill: No I don’t.

Q: Does he have a police record of which you are aware?

Bill: No, not that I know of

Q: Did it surprise you when you heard this morning that he’d possibly fired the shots which uh wound up killing Lee Oswald?

Bill: Definitely, I was very shocked and very saddened uh that uh Jack would even be involved. But, uh, I don’t know. The fact that he had closed the club so definitely like he did ur uh putting up a sign saying closed and taking the pictures out of the front of the club and um not calling me notifying me that he had closed. Uh, he had somebody else call, but I never got the message.

Q: Now when was this? He called when to tell you the club was closed.

Bill: He didn’t call me.

Q: I see.

Bill: Uh he had somebody else call me.

Q: When was this?

Bill: Uh, Friday uhhh when I had heard about the news of the President uh I reluctantly got ready to go to work because I hadn’t got the message that he had closed. They failed to deliver the message to me and so I got ready to go to work and got down there and saw the sign on the front saying” Closed” and I drove around to the other two clubs and they were closed, but they had no notice.

Q: Did he own two more clubs in town?

Bill: No I the other two uh burlesque clubs that are near there.

Q: I see. Do you know anything about Jack Rubenstein’s political philosophies?

Bill: No he never uh spoke about anything. When we’d go for breakfast afterwards or anything the only thing he’d talk about was his business.

Q: Did you ever hear him say anything about President Kennedy?

Bill: Never.

Q: Do you know Lee Oswald? Have you ever seen him?

Bill: To my knowledge if I recollect correctly I saw him in the audience last week.

Q: Lee Oswald in the audience at the club?

Bill: Yea

Q: At the Carousel?

Bill: Yes

Q: Which is owned by Jack Rubenstein?

Bill: Yes.

Q: That would have been about how many days ago?

Bill: eight, nine

I wonder why Oswald was at Jack Ruby’s club a week before?

And I wonder which Oswald?

Q: Do you remember the specific uh instance what happened with Oswald in the club? Was he simply in the audience?

Bill: No I was doing a memory routine and uh I use about 20 people in the audience and have ‘em call out an object and then at random I call the objects back to them uh whoever wants their object called first or whatever the case may be. It seems to me he was one of the people uh after seeing the picture in the paper I remember seeing him in the audience as one of the people that gave me an object.

Q: Did Jack Rubenstein speak with Oswald to your knowledge?

Bill: No, I didn’t, I didn’t see him. I don’t think Jack even knew he was in there.

Q: You don’t think Rubenstein knew that Oswald was in the club. (Bill nods sideways) It’s such a strange coincidence that uh he would be in the club. Do you think it possible that Rubenstein knew him?

Bill: I don’t think so. Well, uh I don’t know for sure.

Q: uh huh. Could you  possibly be mistaken about Oswald?

Bill: Being in the club?

Q: Yes

Bill: Well, I don’t know. I’ve remembered the face, and I do remember faces.

Q: In your own mind you’re certain it was Oswald.

Bill: Yes

Q: Had you made an effort to see uh Jack Rubenstein since the shooting this morning?

Bill: No I had thought about going down there now because like I say he’s more of a friend than an employer and I did want to see him.

Q: Before all this happened would you have thought that Rubenstein was the type of man capable of such violence?

Bill: No, no Jack uh acted a little harshly sometimes but uh nothing like this. I wouldn’t have thought he’d do anything like this

Q: What do you mean he acted harshly sometimes in (garbled) with his employees?

Bill: No no uh uh garbled employees and sometimes customers. If they got a little out of hand why he was ready to put them out.

Q: Do you know whether he carried a gun on his person as a matter of general course?

Bill: Uh yes. Uh he carried it in a bag when he went back and forth to work.

Q: What kind of. Have you seen this pistol?

Bill: Uh yes I saw it once uh a little over a year ago. Last time I was here.

Q: What kind of pistol was it garbled?

Bill: A little, sharp nose, it was very small uh little pistol. He only carried it when he went back and forth to work. I never saw him on carry it on him you know or anything like that.

Just in the bag as protection, because he was carrying the money. 

Q: Uh huh.

Dan Rather: We’ve been speaking with Bill DeMar a professional entertainer who has been a master of ceremonies at the Carousel Club in downtown Dallas a club owned by Jack Rubenstein.

Q: Uh Bill, there have been some reports that Rubenstein did own either now or sometime in the recent past another club in town. Do you know anything about that?

Bill: The Vegas.

Q: The Old Vegas Club.

Bill: Yea

Q:Is it still in operation?

Bill: It was until he closed it because of the President’s death

Q: But uh so far as you know he did own that club in addition to The Carousel?

Bill: Yes. To my knowledge yea he did

Q: Do you do you ever recall seeing any unsavory characters or people that you might associate with the underworld around the club

Bill: No, no.

Dan Rather: Let’s see now if we can get the picture, the police picture, of Jack Rubenstein.

There were many witnesses to the shooting of Oswald allegedly by Jack Rubenstin Rubenstein. Uh, one of them was a a Detective Combest who knew Rubenstein very well and he said he saw him charging into the garage just as Oswald was being taken from elevator to the armored car. He said he knew what he was going to do, tried desperately to stop him, shouted an epithet at him to stop but was too late in reaching Ruby’s side and uh the shot was fired. (licks)

How would Detective Combest know what Rubenstein was going to do?

It looked to me like Ruby was standing still behind someone (a cameraman, photographer… I believe)

before Oswald came in

and I did not hear anyone shouting an epithet to stop

in the video.

Repeating what you have been told in the last uh few minutes. Lee Harvey Oswald the man Dallas Police accused of killing President Kennedy has himself been killed shot in the basement of the Dallas Jail. We will now return to Washington.

Did Oswald Recognize Ruby?

“Mary LaFontaine, co-author of Oswald Talked (1996; Pelican Books, Gretna, Louisiana), which argues convincingly that Oswald and Ruby collaborated in a pre-assassination gun-running scheme, recalls her own reaction to that Sunday shooting:

“When those of us who are old enough saw Ruby shoot Oswald, we knew there was something wrong. There was some kind of conspiracy, and this man was being silenced.””

I have no idea if any of this is important, because I think IMO at this time that the scene at the Dallas Jail is an act. I don’t think Oswald was killed. I think the Oswald business is merely a diversion. In my earlier part of this series called CBS News and JFK

I think I have caught Oswald in his act.

And I believe the Oswald Oil Business was his reward for that act.

 I’m not going to investigate that business

because I’m pretty sure by now they wouldn’t tell me. LOL
